Royal Icing 1 kg
A preparation for making royal icing. By simply adding water, you can create perfect icing for coating or decorating.
Store in a fresh and dry place. KEEP THE BAG CLOSED.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Add 60 ml of water to 500 g of product to obtain solid Royal Icing. Mix for 10 minutes with a mixer on speed 2 without airing, until you get solid white icing. To get a medium consistency, add 80 ml of water to 500 g of product, and for a smooth consistency, add 120 ml of water to 500 g of product.
