A preparation for making royal icing. By simply adding water, you can create perfect Royal Icing, ideal for coating, piping and specialist cake decorating.
For a hard consistency, add 60 ml of water to 500 g of product. For a medium consistency, add 80 ml of water to 500 g of product. For a smooth consistency, add 120 ml of water to 500 g of product. Combine for 10 minutes in a mixer set to 2 without aerating the product, until a smooth white glaze is obtained.
