History

In Jijona, the birthplace of the nougat and ice cream making tradition par excellence in Spain, in 1953 Antonio Miquel Sirvent founded the company Kelmy, devoted to making and supplying top-quality products and raw materials to the pastry-making and ice cream industries.

Endowed with more than half a century of experience, Kelmy's production system incorporates respect for traditional recipes combined with technological progress. Complete state-of-the-art machinery is at the service of the traditional methods passed down from generation to generation for decades.

From its very origins until today, Kelmy has always stood out for the exceptional quality of its natural raw materials, the added value which has earned it the respect of its customers. Pastry-makers and ice cream makers from Spain, France, Italy and Portugal, both homemade and industrial, recognise the excellence of Kelmy products.

Today

Today Kelmy is committed to the new, emerging decorative pastry making, launching its new FROSTING and FONDANT product line for preparing and decorating all kinds of pastry delights such as cupcakes, muffins etc.

In this new project Kelmy combines tradition, first rate raw materials and new trends and fashions in the art of creative confectionery.
