Chocolate Cupcakes inspired by traditional German cake filled with cherrie-syrup.


  • 100g Flour
  • 4g Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100g Sugar
  • 100g Butter
  • 80g Dark Chocolate Frosting Kelmy
  • 400ml Whipped cream
  • 30g Sugar for the whipped cream
  • Chocolate crumbels
  • Morello cherry from the glass


Mix sugar and butter in a bowl, add eggs one after another and add the flour with the baking powder.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, and add it to the existing mixture. Fill the muffin cake pan half full with the dough.

Afterwards the cupcakes go 20 to 25 minutes in the oven, before taking them out of the cake pan let them cool down.

Whip the cream with the sugar and fill it into a piping bag. Now you can decorate the muffins with the cream and the chocolate crumbels, at the end put on evry cupcake one cherry.
